Shipping Policy
1. We offer two options for shipping:

Note:We are not responsible for products being delayed by the Customs in your country or the bad weather.
2. All orders(In-stock items)will be processed within 3 workdays after your order has been placed. All packages will be sent out from FreeMax warehouse in China. We will also send a confirmation email with the tracking information within 48 hours after the order has been processed. You can log in to your account to check the status of the order.
3. For both shipment options, FreeMax only charges the shipping cost, excluding possible taxes or tariffs. However, if the package is checked by your country’s Customs Office when it arrives in your country, customers are responsible for import duties, tariffs, and taxes. We are not responsible for products being confiscated by the Customs in your countries. All customers are responsible to check with your local Customs Office for any potential import taxes, duties, and tariffs.
Warranty Policy
For any product bought directly from FreeMax website, our return policy is valid for 90 days from the date of receiving.
(90 days’ warranty doesn’t include damages caused by accidents, abusement, disassembly, changed customizations or misuse of users).
Exchange Policy
1. All products should be bought from the online shop of FreeMax.
2.The following criteria must be met for products which need exchange:
A. Defective products
B. Damaged products
C. Missing products
D. Products inconsistent with the descriptions or the order
3. You have to check the package upon receipt.
4. All items needing exchange should be sent back to us, except some marked items.
Exchange Processes
1. Defective products
Although we have conducted extensive tests before shipping, we cannot 100% guarantee there are no problems with the products. Please test the product first when you receive the package. If the product is defective, please contact us via service@freemaxvape.com within 48hours, and we will try our best to solve your problems.
2. Damaged products (within 90 days)
If the product you receive is unfortunately damaged (not man-made damage), please contact us via service@freemaxvape.com at once.
3. Products inconsistent with the order
If the product you receive is not what you have ordered or described, please take a photo of the product with its serial number and contact us with your order number. We will reply within 24 hours during workdays.
4. Missing items in the package
We believe that every order will be processed in a right and fast way. As a routine, we record the information of order and weight, but sometimes mistakes occur. We feel truly sorry about this situation, hope you can check the product upon receipt to make sure you have received all items. If there is anything missing, please contact us at once via service@freemaxvape.com.
Refund Policy
1. If you would like to cancel the order or cancel some product of the order, please contact us immediately and directly via service@freemaxvape.com
Note:
- All cancelled orders will be charged 4.4% progress fee of the total order amount (this charge is charged by Paypal)
- Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
2. If you receive the package with on quality problems and would like to ask for refund for personal reasons, please contact after-sales staff via service@freemaxvape.com. Also, please make sure the package has not been opened and will not affect the second sale. Customers will be responsible for return shipping and we will dispose refund after receiving the package and checking the product.
